Return & Refund Policy

At Inaya by Nisad, we take great care to ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected and packed with the highest quality standards before it is dispatched. As we are committed to delivering premium products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged during transit.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are received in a damaged condition. To be eligible, the damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The product must remain unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging until the verification process is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery and share clear images of the damaged product along with its original packaging. Our team will review the details, verify the damage, and assist you with the return process accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

As a general policy, the following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Products that are not damaged
• Used, washed, worn, or altered products
• Products reported after 24 hours of delivery
• Products without original packaging

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification. Returns will be accepted only after the reported damage has been reviewed and approved by our team. Once the damage is verified, we will guide you through the next steps for the return process.

Refund Policy

After the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, the eligible refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds, where applicable, are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
